I deleted the device off on my menu and didnt mean to. I tried to readd the device but there is no option. Is the computer information stored for my previous device on my account? or is there a way to readd the device?

Just a couple of ‘glitches’ I’ve noticed over the past couple of days.

The ‘padlock’ next to each screen capture etc doesn’t turn yellow when you click it but if you refresh the page it’s yellow. So, I have been refreshing the page to check before I delete the unwanted reports on a page – this is time consuming…..could you ‘fix’ it so the padlock turns yellow as soon as it’s clicked, please?

Also, I haven’t been getting ‘key stroke’ log reports for 2 days and for a day before that the key strokes were in ‘all capitals’ except for where a capital should be and then it was in lower case. So a normal sentence like “Jane and Susan went to Sydney Harbour for a ferry trip.” it looks like this —> jANE AND sUSAN WENT TO sYDNEY hARBOUR FOR A FERRY TRIP."

So I’m wondering if you have a glitch in your system?

I did not change anything in my browsers. Even when I access the site through my phone, it still has same issue.. I tried clicking the encrypted screen shots and they opened, but still having issue decrypting browser history reports.. Also now I’m noticing that I cannot delete reports individually.

If you are not asked for the password, it could be that JavaScript is turned off in your browsers. Or did you click on the images showing a encrypted report?

I cannot open my encrypted files either. I don’t even receive a pop up dialog box that asks for my password.. I tried different browsers but it has same issue.. I also tried changing the settings to stop encryption, but that still wont decrypt the old reports.. What seems to be the problem?

Have you ever changed your password? If so, you can try to decrypt old reports with your old password. Could you also try using IE and Chrome and see if it works?

I cannot open any of my encrypted files, and when I typed my password in, it tells me that it’s “incorrect password, please try again”. I’m using Firefox. Am I missing something here? I use the regular login password.

When the computer is sleeping or logged off. There will be only location reports, because there is nothing else to report. Could you please check if this is the case?

yes I got “good images” in between a series of 3-4 corrupted images.

However the problem has now resolved itself – I have had no more corrupted images in the past few days.

You have described it well. It is a typical case of corrupted image files. Some bits was lost due to damages to the file either on the disk or during transmission to the server. Most likely it hit a bad area on the disk on the computer or weak Internet connection. It should improve itself when the conditions improve. Haven’t received such reports from other users. Do you get good images in between? Would you let us know if this still goes on?

I just wanted to ask about some unusual ‘camera captures’ I’ve been getting.

A ‘photo’ was taken of someone using the target laptop about a week ago. That picture has ‘re-appeared’ in miniature several times since then, but it only takes up 1/4 of the ‘photo’ and it’s repeated/duplicated – so there are 2 duplicates of the same photo at the bottom half of the photo capture and the top half is blacked out with some horizontal white lines through it. You’d have to see a screen shot as it’s difficult to describe. There are 2 different ‘camera captures’ that keep being ‘repeated’ whenever the computer is being used.

Have you had other reports of this and is there a solution? Would you like me to send you a screen shot of what i am seeing?

Hi,

To make change on your device configuration, please click “Settings” button in your device page, then make changes there. In this case, you just need to turn off “Enable remote file retrieval?” and “Enable remote file delete?”, then “Save” your settings.

We found for some computers, it has to be rebooted once after installation of LiT client, in order to have the key log and other logs. Could you please try it and let me know if that fix your problem?
