The family shield feature will not help in this case. The problem is that I’m always getting 500 browser history responses.. even after deleting ALL of them, I still get 500 browser history reports within seconds. And again, they are all days old and don’t contain any current history.

Is there a way at least to exclude certain URLs from the browser history reports?

Unfortunately there is no API to access the browser history or download it to file at this moment. If you like to filter some web site urls, have you tried the FamilyShield feature?

Greetings,

is there any way to download the browser history to an excel or CSV formatted report? The web interface, while working as intended, is quite slow and I’d like to set a filter on some URL’s, to discover one that are not allowed.

I’m currently sifting through 500 requests, only to find that 95% of them are allowed or duplicates.

Is there an API that we can use?

Hi again, sorry for opening a new topic but i couldn’t reply to the last one.
it seems that its an issue on LIT side because there is activity on the PC my keyloger is sending me screenshots with all the activity but LIT don’t report anything. the keylogger is not from LIT.
please have again a look. i already restart the application but still no reports .
LIT says there is activity last 1hr but no reports send .

This happens where there is nothing to report. For a computer, it might be idle/sleeping with no activity to report. For a phone, there is no location change, phone calls, short messages, etc.

Yes all features are available in the Free version.

Could you double check your GPS settings and that the device has line of sight to the open sky. The log says GPS location could not be obtained. Please also check that your WIFI is on.

This could be caused by other applications installed on the computer that demands exclusive usage of the camera. Have you ever got good camera shots before? Do you remember what application you might have installed?

For a while now all I have been getting are black camera captures and location logs I restarted the device and re configured all antivirus but to no avail

Please clarify; basic specifications saved reports of each type 25, 50 etc.

Does this mean for example that under the standard service only the first 50 browser urls visited will be reported in any month or that any 50 urls can be saved from say 100 reported in one month?
