Computer is in use but no reports are coming. This was one day ago, then temporarily fixed, now it happens again. No btowser history, no logs, nothing. Just showing it works but doesnt send any report…

I am sorry for the problem. In the debug logs of your device, there are many exceptions like the following:

1/31/2012 10:51:49 AM PST ⁶³⁶ RestClient.SendMultipartForm: System.Net.WebException: The remote name could not be resolved: ‘www.lockittight.com’

This means the connection between your computer and the server was broken at that time. Since server was up all the time, this means that your computer either does not have network, or the connection was blocked by something else, for example a firewall on your network.

Nothing of the above. I was receiving reports normally, i have changed nothing on firewall, computer is connected through router to internet and everything works fine except lockittight reports… What do you suggest me to do to fix this ?

We looked into the log further and this is due to your Internet connection and there is little we can do on our side. However, the client software will resend the report until it finally succeeds. You should see delayed reports that are eventually sent to our server.
