New client LockitTight doesnt work

Today i installed the client LockItTight_Windows_2.2.0.2659 in my pc because since december 1 the capcture of the cam stopped working. I tried reinstall ansd restart my pc a lot of times, with same results, finally, the client doesnt work in my pc, i am an ulrimate service member, i was very happy with your service until before december, but now, i dont know what i am thinking. |

Ricrado, We are sorry for the problem. Could you please try install the latest client 2.3.0.2669 from http://www.lockittight.com/agents? Could you please try to right click on the downloaded installer and run as administrator? It’ll help us to debug the issue if you could take a screen capture of the window that says “LockitTight Agent stopped working” and email us. Thanks, |

Finally, i installed the new lockitight client, but this client doesnt recognize my webcam camera Logitech Pro 5000, i get a blue capture every 5 minutes. The webcam capture was working normally before 1stDecember, please help me!!! The capture of the screen of the pc and the keyboard trap is working now. |

Ricrado, There haven’t been changes in the camera capturing module. Are your other video application, e.g. Skype working OK? Have you installed any other software that uses the webcam. If another application grabs exclusive access to the webcam, LiT can’t take pictures correctly. Thanks, |
